Our Sharp network copier uses a generic print driver via Citrix app. Users log in to their VM and are assigned printers based on their location and AD group. A couple users, when trying to print from Office (word/excel), will get the 'not responding' and you have to force close Office. The same users can print from Notepad and send test print from printing preferences without issue. Other users, like myself, can join the AD group and print from Office without any lag or freezing. Event log is not catching any print errors, only the errors when Office is force closed. I think a document will eventually print after 5-10 minutes, but it's hard to diagnose when Office locks up trying to send a simple document.
Any ideas?
