We have server 2012 as a print server and windows 7 as client machines. Printers are deployed via group policy. Xerox and Hp are the printers we have.
Recently users have started seeing update driver when they try to print something. We didn't do any driver update on the server. The only solution which worked is by opening a Microsoft word or excel then under print tab select add printer and adding the printer again.
This is not a practical solution as we have more than 200 computers. Any ideas what could be causing the issue and how to fix it?
