newer copiers, same drivers and ip's

We are having our 2 year old Ricoh copiers replaced this week with newer Ricohs. (don't ask, some lease buyout deal).

When I setup the older ones, I used the ricoh generic pcl 6 driver. 

Question: If these new units use the same driver, and I give them the same IP, and they have the same features, will they just work? They are running on a 2008r2 print server.

That would make this project go so much more smoothly!
