Accessing a printer from 2 disparate networks

Is there a way, or does a hardware manufacturer make a device that allows WiFi users to print to printers on a separate network, without gaining LAN network access and without compromising that LAN's network security?  Basically give outside devices the ability to print to select printers and nothing else?  Thanks!
