Having an issue with a really cheesed off user.
Every morning the user is having to restart their laptop 3 or 4 times and/or then call myself to fix a printing issue.
When attempting to print, the system hangs and device and printers hangs as well.I physically have to go into services.msc, force the print spooler to stop and restart it!
Event Viewer shows the following:Service Control Manager Error 7011. Timed out 30000 milliseconds - Spooler Service.
I have looked everywhere and tried everything that I know of for this issue. Only thing left is to rebuild his system, but the user needs it badly and cannot really take him offline.
Any help would be greatly appreicated.
