Locking access to Printing Preferences

HI 

I am looking for a driver where the end user can print in colour "if required", but  Printing Preferences can be locked, so the end user cannot set their driver to Colour as a default, when I have set it to be Black as a default on the server.

I don't want to disable access to Colour, just the option of the user changing their default to Colour.

I understand some manufacturers have this option in their print driver, and I am trying to assist my manufacturer in offering this functionality, but they have asked for an example of a driver where this is available

Server: 2008 R2

Clients Win7 and Win 10 Pro
