HP CP4005 toner misalignment on yellow and cyan after new transfer kit

So we have a 4 - HP CP4005 printers and I just replaced a transfer kit on one of them. Now the cyan and yellow toners are off by about 1/10" and causing shadowing on the print outs. I moved the transfer kit to another printer and the problem followed. I got another new transfer kit and it didn't work. Placed both transfer kits in the printers and still getting the same thing with both new transfer kits. Switched out the toners (all Xerox) and still the same thing where ever the new transfer kit is. Ran the alignment on both of the printers with the bad transfer kit in and didn't fix it. It shows up on the PQ page that the printer prints out. No luck there.
