Hp laserjet Automatic tray

Hi Guys,

on our File / Print server have HP laserjet pro M375nw   shared with 3 trays.

we use tray 2 and tray 3. on the print server . for each tray we created a printer on the file server and share it .

lately when the users print have overtime to press ok the printer to release the print.

see below the error.

Drivers used are HP Universal Printing PCL5

any suggestions please
