I have a user that stopped me yesterday to let me know his computer would freeze whenever he would try and print. He showed me what he would do... open a PDF, press the print icon and from there it would start freezing, but after awhile it would finally go to the print screen to allow him to select his printer. Of course, the printer giving him issues was set as his default, so it would freeze up again when he pressed print. This whole process took about 2-3 minutes for the document to even print.I set another printer as his default and it printed without an issue.I asked the other user who shares the office with him if heexperienced an issueand he has no problem. I came back to my office andadded the printer to my computer and I printed just fine. We both have new laptops. I have the EliteBook 840 and he has the EliteBook 820. The...
