A print job just sits in the queue of a shared printer

I have some windows 7 clients that connect to multiple shared printers on a print server.  Some of these clients cannot print.  When they try to the print job just sits in the spooler on the local PC (it nevers shows in the spooler on the PrintServer). 

Other machines can print to this shared printer.

I have also tried loading one of these printers as a local TCP/IP printer with the same driver and that can print successfully.  This was done on one of the problematic PC's.
