Hello fellow IT pros,
I recently purchased a refurbished HP P3015 to replace a dying printer. Upon attempting to install it, I saw the menu to change the IP address had been locked. Unfourtunately, so had the menu to reset to factory settings. I've tried holding the 'OK' button during boot as I've seen suggested in other sites to do a Cold reset, but the three lights never illuminate. I'm nearly to the point where I want to send this device back, but problems like this intrigue me, and I'd rather find a solution.
