Dear ,
HP Laserjet CP5225n printer is keep on restarting by showing "79 Service error".
May be issue related to insufficient memory or else ?
I tried to find out if some computer is trying to keep on resend it again ,that's why it restarting.
Here I checked only for the computers who used to print from photoshop or Autocad which used to be big size compared to others ,but I didn't find any prints in queue in their computers.But have not checked all computers as its very disgusting to check in around 35 pcs. As it network connected but not shared from any computer to identify which user sending the print that it is causing for restart.
At first I need to stop it from restarting and then resolving the issue permanently.
Whether sharing the printer from Windows Server 2012 to all clients (about 35) may resolve issue to some extent (I mean we...
