I am having an issue with a particular computer connected to our Laserjet P4014 printer. It is networked and is working fine we have 12 other computers connected to it. One one particular computer I am having an issue with the computer ignoring the printer preferences. No matter what driver I use, what settings I change it seems to do whatever it wants. I have removed the print server already, removed the printer and re-added it and even re-downloaded the drivers for the printer. My main problem is that this computer prints to a tray we do not use which has no paper which makes the printer starting blinking red and needs error messages manually cleared which back up the rest of everyones que. Any help or ideas?
