Hey guys,
I am stumped. So we have a Laserjet M602n that is connected to our network. The way our network is setup is a Cisco 891 router, connected to two dumb switches. Everyone is hard lined. The printer is hardlined as well.
The issue is happening on 4 different Windows 7 Pro machines. Whenever they try to print, whether it's from Word, Excel, Browser or even notepad, whatever program they are working on crashes. It shows in the print queue but never prints. I have let the application run for quite a while and still nothing.
The machines are 2 Lenovo Laptop G410's (i5, 8gb ram) and 2Gateway DX4380-UR23 Desktop (AMD Quad-Core A10-6700 3.70GHz, 10GB DDR3) all of course 64-bit versions of Windows Pro.
The Printer has a Satic IP outside of the DHCP range.
