So I got a question. I have been assigned the task of making and carrying out a preventative maintenance plan for printers/projectors/peripherals for our company. Do any of you out there have a preventative maintenance plan for printers? What exactly do you do? Have you created a schedule for each printer? What steps have you created for the printers? What do you check?
I just wanted to see if anyone could help me brainstorm some ideas and get some ideas pumping...
We have a TON of printers, and our users heavily rely on them A LOT. Out of all of our HelpDesk Tickets, Printers is high up on the category count.
