We are deploying a lab full of Windows 8.1 laptops. There will be multiple users logging into these laptops and we want them all to print to the same printer and have the printer preferences preset to Black & White and have an access code preset in the Print driver. We created a Default profile installed the printer and set the preferences and the code. But when a new user logins the printer is installed but preferences are not set and the user code is not set in Printer Preferences. It appears this is an individual user setting, but I need to find a way to preset it to a global user so that all users have these settings.
The printers are Ricoh/Savin Multifunction Printers using their universal Windows 8 driver.
