need help installing a HP deskjet 9800 networked printer.

Hi, I have a customer that has a deskjet 9800 connected via usb to their 2003 32 bit server. They just replaced all xp computer with windows 7 64.
According to HP's site, the only way to install the drivers is to connect the printer via USB to the computer. Before I drag a large format printer all over installing it on each machine then changing the port I wanted to see if there was an easier way. It is a small company with about 10 computers so it would not be impossible to drag the printer from cubical to cubical, just a pain in the neck.
