We have a fax number that directs to an electronic fax box where all our faxes are delivered. We have an employee who then goes in daily (several times per day, usually) and renames the faxes. For example, the fax comes over titled, "You have received a fax from 123-456-7890". The employee then looks at the fax to see who sent it and what it is then renames it, "Bill Johnson - Resume" or something like that. Then they forward it to certain people or leave it there and other people then look at it and grab it if it pertains to them. The CEO is convinced that there is a software editing program that exists that will name those faxes for us so we don't have to have an employee do it manually. I ran a quick search on the internets and didn't find anything. I called our 3rd party Outlook hosting company and asked them and they had no idea what I was talking about. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about and have a suggestion?
