I'm trying to support a user attempting to print to a network printer unsuccessfully. Upon printing from one computer (Macbook) the job spools and leaves the queue, but then never prints. I have verified network connectivity and can print to this printer over the network from other computers. I've powercycled the unit as well. I've also re-added the printer from a few different print servers on our network. It would seem that the issue is related to the Mac but I'm not sure where to go from here. I don't have the computer on my person at this moment but I believe the OS is Mountain Lion.
