So deployed win8.1 then started to get complaints about not being able to print. Upon further investigation it looks like people are getting the correct network printers being pushed out via gpp or print management (switching to print management due to excessive slow login times on Ricoh printers).
However if say administrator logs in and they get all printers successfully. I the log off and log on as a teacher. The teachers get less/slightly different printer list. However they also see all the printers that were added to the administrators profile.
I can verify this by opening device manager and checking the 'location' of the print queue which matches either the current logged on users SID for the correct printers, or the SID of the administrator for the other printers
If I remove the administrators user profile and log back in as the same other user then the duplicate extra printers are gone. Seems it only be affecting win8.1 deployment and not win7
Also the printers seem to be disconnecting and going offline frequently until a gpupdate /force is run and it prints fine.
