I am curious what everyone else uses or recommends as far as a copier with fax and scan capability ...
We current have a Sharp AR-M257 which works great. It allows us to collate our copies, automatically detects the orientation of the original and selects the right paper tray. It can also scan directly to email or desktop. It also can be used as a network printer.
That being said, we need to get another similar capable machine (B+W, no need for color) to place at the other end of the office. They no longer make the AR-M257, so can someone make recommendations as to a good alternative.
All of our other printers are HP, but I would entertain other options.
