Background:
We normally buy HP 426 MFPs when we need a full MFP. I have found these to be good quality and good prices.
Problem:
I was just told that we need another copy machine, but they didn’t want to spend the money on another scanner or printer.
What! How do you plan to get the paper into the machine without a scanner and how do you plan to get the copy out of the machine without a printer?
Once I explained that to them they went on Walmart.com typed in copier, hit lowest price first and said, “See you can get them way cheaper!”
Question:
Im not sure what to do in this situation. How am to try explaining to someone that a $50 copier from Walmart is not going to work for a business solution?
