I have a user who recently has a problem printing to a particular printer. As of right now it is just that user who has the problem. Other people are able to print fine. The first time a problem was noticed was printing something from Chrome. After pressing print, Chrome did not output an error but nothing was sent to the printer. Nothing was printed and nothing was recorded on the printer's job log. Then I tried printing a test page. After pressing print, an error came up saying that it was unable to print and if I would like to run the troubleshooter and that the cause of the error was 0x57.
I did some more troubleshooting and noticed that others that had this error had drivers missing from the drivers folder but in this case, the user had the drivers installed. The correct registry setting was also in place. I then tried to...
