I have set up group policy preferences to deploy TCP/IP printers as installed on my Windows Server 2016 print server. My policy deletes all printers, then installs the correct printers per user or OU via item level targeting. That part works fine.
The issue I'm running into upon deployment to my Win10 test computer is that, for my Canon iR-ADV C7580i MFD, all of the settings that I specify in the "Device Settings" tab (picture attached) are not copied into the deployed printer. All of the settings that I set in "General Preferences" and "Advanced Printing Defaults" copy correctly. This results in my being asked for a Department ID in order to print, even though in the Device Settings on the printer as installed in the print server has the Department ID turned off.
I am using the "Canon iR-ADV C7580/7570 UFR II v30.0.0.0 x64" driver.
