Output Printer Security Permissions from server into readable format

I am migrating all printers from an Old 2003 server to a new 2012 R2 box, but we dont want to take all the dead printers along, so we have ran a script that allows us to see when the printer was last used. I have changed all the dead ones to "Deny" under the securty tab in printer properties on the server.

My question is -

Can we use a script or something to output the data in that securty tabs for all the printers ie.

Produce a list of all the printers with the "Allow" ticked so i can just move them across
