Is anyone here familiar with Multitech FaxFinder? I have a couple users experiencing issues. Whenever they open a new fax and attempt to attach a file or create a new fax by using the document printer the application hangs. If you leave it alone for 15 minutes it will start working, but that is way too long.
I have tried checking the KB on the Multitech website, but the only suggestions I found was clearing the temp folder (which did not work) or deleting the user profile which I haven't attempted yet.
For reference, I'm using FaxFinder Client version 3.1.0 x64 version on Windows 7 64 bit. I have already tried resetting the computer and reinstalling the software
