I enabled the setting on my Ricoh to create a self signed certificate in the Ricoh copier web admin portal. Once I turned this on I can now no longer access it from IE 11. It just says page cannot be displayed. I tried with firefox and received an error about SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key. I found out how to get rid of that message in Firefox and make it so I can access the copier, however, it still does not work with IE. I have tried to export out the certificate and then install it in the Trusted Root Certificate authorities and also added it as a trusted site. Nothing I do allows access to it from IE. If I delete the certificate, HTTPS goes away and all is well again but I need HTTPS and security. What can I do to fix.
