Windows winspool port numbers NE0X, how can i change this setting in registry?

I use an Excel macro to print to a printer, it has always been on NE07 but one machine has decided to change this printer to NE04 so the macro no longer works on this one pc.

I have changed the PrinterPort & Devices Registry settings so the printer I want is NE07 again, and this works.

But when I reboot the machine it reverts to NE04 again??

How can i stop this from happening every reboot?
