Printer Driver Constantly Needing Admin Approval?

So I've got everyone at our small office set up with the three big Toshiba eStudio printers through our server which I have set up as a print server. All the printers are deployed with group policy and for 99% of the users, that works just fine.

But there are a couple of users who have an issue where they can't print and it asks them to install an updated driver like once or twice a week and I have to remote in and put in my admin password for them to start being usable again. Same users it's happening to, nothing special about those users (same AD group, same permissions, standard users with nothing special about their accounts).

Nothing appears to change with the driver when I approve it, same driver used before and after I accept the UAC prompt.

What could be the issue and what should I try first to try and narrow it down? And why is...
