We have a very expensive piece of specialty equipment that runs Windows XP SP2. (Not on network)
It needs to be able to print color reports. It only prints a few pages a day at the most.
It's supposed to fit on a tray in a cabinet that is 9" high, 24" wide, and 17" deep, and the opening is in the front.
I've been trying to find a small color laser, but it seems like most of them are 10" high, and the paper comes out the top. So I think we might be stuck with trying to find an inkjet.
It's in a somewhat dirty industrial type environment, so durability and reliability is important. We could probably find something bigger and put it somewhere else, but it would be easiest to fit it in the cabinet.
Anyone have any recommendations?
