Trying to install an HP M401n printer, first as a network device, then after a failure, direct connected to the workstation via USB.
Downloaded the full installation package (which, incidentally, has worked flawlessly in setting up 5 different M401n printers on 8 different workstations.
But on this workstation... the install process runs as long as an hour to get to about 84 percent, then quits with the error message that the install is taking too long.
A few interesting items:
- I am able to add HP P2055d printer connected to another workstation with the "Add a Printer" feature of WindowsMy "Devices and Printers" without issue.
