Printing Off-Premise without VPN

Hi Everyone,

I have a number of Windows 10 Pro laptops that are always roaming but often want to print on premise network printers.

I am looking for a solution that will 

(a) replace my current Windows Server 2008 R2 Print Server for directory listing

(b) not require VPN to on-premise

Also another ideal feature but not required, is that I use existing Azure AD or Traditional AD for identity management - I don't like the idea of creating separate Google accounts for each user.
