Just curious if anybody might have a solution for this, i've got a couple employees that occasionally work from home on their laptops and one of them has never had issues scanning at our office, she worked from home the other day and when she came back to the office we couldn't get any scans to go through for her. We use a konica minolta c360 series printer (SMB box setup for scanning) and Yealink SIP-T26P VoIP phones, i've done every kind of troubleshooting I can think of (power cycling all devices, delete and rebuild SMB box profile, setting her on a static IP) I had this problem come up once before with another employee for about a week then the next week she had no problems scanning. Could it possibly be something getting out of wack by hopping from our work network to their home network? if that is the case any recommendations on...
