Can't print multiple copies from Excel

Hello Spiceheads! 

This is my first post in the community.

I am having an issue when users try to print multiple copies (2-3) of an excel sheet to our Kyocera M3540IDN. Users try to change the number of copies to (2-3) and they only get 1 copy that prints out. 

Printer: Kyocera M3540IDN 

Driver: Classic Universal Driver KPDL / PCL5e/c / PCL6

Excel: 2013 

* Printer is shared off of 2008 R2 print server 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
