The management team and providers in our office really want printers in every exam room.
I do not think they should have a desktop printer in all the exam rooms but I need some more ammo as to why. Can you all help me list the Pros\Cons (mostly the later) on having printers installed locally to every thin client in our Facility?
For sure the Ink costs and the maintenance... and the Management prospective of having to manage all of those printers. But what else? Let me just say, I am totally against buying 50 more printers to go in every exam room. RIght now we have around 35 throughout the building but they want to add 1 printer for every exam room and not get rid of any of the rest.
