So I am still very new to Linux, but I realize how powerful, and versatile it is, so I know there must be a way to make this work. I just switched one of the workstations we use to Ubuntu, as it is primarily a research machine and really only needs internet browsing capabilities. We use Xerox ColorQube printers. The specific models we have in this location are the 8870's. The people using this machine need to be able to print things, however I can't seem to find any linux/Ubuntu compatible drivers for this printer. I do have the windows drivers, however, I do not have any sort of a print server setup that I could send the print jobs to. It is just a simple networked printer. Any ideas on how to get Ubuntu to be able to print to it?
