I am having an issue with a brand new computer and brand new Kodak Scanmate i1150.
The test scan during install works just fine. However, when attempting to use Smart Touch after I get the following error message in any of the default scanning options. This error message comes up after the document has been feed through and scanned. It appears this is happening either with OCR or when process the images on the document.
I have:
- Reinstalled Kodak Scanner
- Restarted computer
- tested with scan to email
- tested with scan to folder
Any help is appreciated.
