A user in one of our locations is claiming print jobs are being sent from our ERP system but never get to the printer.
The ERP system logs show the job being sent successfully. The client computer sending the print job shows no errors in the logs.
I have started logging for TCP traffic on port 9100 on that offices' firewall and have not yet seen any denied or blocked traffic to the printer in question.
The user still claims the print job does not make it to the printer. The only thing left I can think of is a log at the printer itself that would show me the jobs it has processed. Do printers have such a thing?
Printer - HP P3015
Installed as a network printer - no print server used.
