I have a user that is having scan to email issues. She is getting the following error message. Failed to send the e-mail. Check the sender address of SMTP on the command center rx. job is cancelled. Press[end] 1106.
SMTP is working. This is the only user having issues. I have doubled check to make sure settings are correct on the printer. I have deleted the user multiple times from the address book to make sure it wasn't her profile in the address book. I have tested it with two other users including myself and couldn't replicate the problem with another user. The error happens immediately after scanning the document. It doesn't even try to send it. It seems like when this user scans to email. it's having trouble authenticating with the SMTP server. I might be wrong though. I have looked the error code up online. They all...
