We have had a SpiceHead who isn't active in the community come to us with a question that has us scratching our heads.... Any help or suggestions on the email below appreciated:
"I have 2 offices that have multifunction Xerox machines that we are looking to replace. We really only care about the printing and scanning functionality as the faxing functions we handle in our Citrix environment. So now the messy details. These offices have Wyse terminals. We would like to be able to set up the printer so that it is mapped locally to their Wyse term. The printers would be setup on their local network.
Once they log into Citrix the printer would map into their Citrix session so they could print from within Citrix. No setup necessary on our end or having access to our Print Servers. The scanning part is the biggest issue. They need to...
