We have two HP LaserJet 9040dn printers and one is having a strange issue. They both have the 2000 sheet feeder as the 4th drawer. Every 15-20 pages printed on the one having issues, will bring up an error "Load Tray 4 Letterhead." When you open the drawer, there is plenty of paper in it so we can shut the door and it will begin printing again. However, it will continue to do it every 15-20 pages. I'm not sure why it thinks there is no paper in it. Thanks!
