Windows Server 2012R2 holding Print jobs after they print

So we're using our domain controller as a print server, and for some reason the print queue isn't deleting jobs after they are completed. Right now there's over 100 documents in one queue. The printers still print just fine, it's just that the job isn't removed unless i clear the queue manually. Everything that I've been able to find online is referring to jobs getting stuck in the queue and not printing. I've tried restarting the print spooler etc, but nothing seems to clear the issue. It's not having an effect on work, but it's annoying to users, and has been mentioned to me.

Most of the jobs are named "Remote Desktop Redirected Printer Doc" so I'm not sure if that's a coincidence since we use an RDP server to handle one of the pieces of software we use to manage customer info, or if it's part of the problem.
