My boss started a conversation with Dell to take over our copiers/printers lease and management. Then gave the project to me...yea!
Dell uses a third party for this; Harris Technologies and while they appear to have a good web monitoring service and proactive parts replacement I am still curious about the company and it reputation. Do any of you current use the Dell/Harris service or have used it in the past? If so please let me know your thoughts and experience...thanks.
