I have someone that cannot print some portions of text on some documents. Blank areas on the document, Weird characters and square boxes. Generally when this stuff happens it is a corrupt driver issue. I reinstalled the latest driver as well as deleted and readded the printer again which didn't solve the problem.
When I do add the printer again it shows up as 3 different devices on the network a VPS device and a couple of others. It isn't printing from the VPS added device. I am assuming that VPS means virtual print server or services.
