Workgroup Scanning (Kyocera TaskAlfa 3050ci) files disappear on Windows 2012 network (or rather they do not show up until after a reboot for some users.
I am not sure if this the right place. I am not sure if this is a network scanning issue or maybe windows server 2012 issue.
I am running into some weird behavior and I am not sure where it is coming from.
We have a TaskAlpha 3050ci copier/printer running Pin Point Scan to allow scanning to users workstations. The way it works, is you run a little app in the taskbar which tells you where to scan. You type a Pin when you scan and select a location for the files. When you scan it should send the files to that folder, etc. If you do not have the app running it will not work.
We bring up the scanner and it shows the options for scanning to the computer (so we know the app is up). We scan but...
