How to add a network printer on different LAN

Hello guys,

I am trying to setup a printer for our branch from another location.

We are in the same WAN, but different subnet.

My laptop IP address is 10.235.11.XX 255.255.255.0

The printer IP address is 10.235.32.111 255.255.255.0

Had tried install the printer by inputting the IP address: 10.235.32.111, but could not locate the printer.

Tried installing printer by MAC address or Host Name, cannot locate printer either.

Any suggestion?
