We have just got some new HP Officejet X451dw but we have a problem with printing our payslips. The payslip paper has a small window/transparent section in it, which when folded shows the name of the employee.
We have tried feeding the paper from Tray 1 (manual feed tray) and from Tray 2 (standard tray), but no matter which way we do it, it goes so far and then stops. The printer doesn't give a paper jam, it just won't move the paper any further, and nothing has been printed on it. We have to open the side panel to remove the page.
The paper is no thicker than standard, and this worked fine in our deskjet and laserjet printers previously.
We have randomly tried different paper settings (plain, envelope, transparent etc.) but none of the settings worked yet.
Has anyone met a similar issue with the newer model HP Officejets?
