We have around 110 staff at the moment with 3 multifunction photocopiers scattered around. Plus some desks have a printer on the end of their desks, which includes 2 banks of desks where they have 2 small printers between 5 users.
We have around 20 printers in total which works out at a printer per 5.5 people. This seems too many.
