I'm having an issue recently with the scan to email functionality on our Sharp printer/scanner/copier. We recently moved locations, therefore getting a new internet service, etc.. through Comcast. The scan to email functionality worked just fine at our old location but for whatever reason, is very hit or miss here at the new location. For most people it works just great but there is about 5 people who, ever since the move, can not scan anything to themselves. To me, logically, it seems that if it doesn't work for some it shouldn't work for any. And that if it works for some then my settings are correct. I have checked in the spam filter of our Microsoft 365 account, nothing is being caught, I get no errors on the sharp when I send it either. I just have no idea what is going on with this.
